Responsibilities & Requirements
What You'll Do
- Schedule carriers and confirm pickups, deliveries and appointments.
- Track loads in the TMS and proactively update customers on status.
- Resolve delays, detention and accessorial issues with calm urgency.
- Keep load paperwork, rates and PODs accurate and filed.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in freight coordination, dispatch or brokerage.
- Working knowledge of TMS platforms and load boards.
- Clear phone presence and fast, accurate written updates.
- Authorization to work in the US; Houston-area presence.
