Questions Employers Ask Us Most

Direct-hire placements use a percentage of the role's first-year salary, agreed in writing before we start — no hidden fees, ever. Contract and temp-to-hire roles bill a transparent hourly markup that covers payroll, taxes and insurance. You'll always know the full cost before interviewing anyone.

First shortlists typically land within three to five business days for common roles, and within two weeks for specialized or senior searches. Every search starts with a job-analysis call so the candidates you meet are already screened against your scorecard.

Every direct hire includes a guarantee period: if the placement leaves or is let go for performance within the covered window, we replace the role at no additional fee. Placement checks at week one and month one are designed to catch issues long before that happens.

Direct hire puts the candidate on your payroll from day one — best for permanent, business-critical roles. Temp-to-hire starts them on our payroll for a trial period, then converts top performers to your team with no conversion friction. Contract staffing covers fixed-term projects and leave coverage.

Both. About half our clients have fewer than 100 employees. Small businesses get the same process — job analysis, screened shortlists and placement checks — scaled to the one or two roles that matter most to them right now.

Never. Candidates pay nothing — employers fund every search. Browse our open job posts, apply in two minutes, and a consultant will guide you through interviews, offers and onboarding at no charge.
