Marcus Whitfield

Senior Consultant

The Consultant Behind Hundreds of Successful Placements

Front Line & Operations · 9 Years in Staffing

Marcus leads our front-line and operations practice, running high-volume searches for support teams, warehouses and offices. He's known for honest timelines, rigorous screening and shortlists that make hiring decisions easy.

Before Meridian Oak, Marcus managed a 40-seat contact center — so he interviews support candidates the way an operator would, not the way a keyword search does.
