Workforce Strategy · 12 Years in Talent Analytics

Devon founded Meridian Oak after a decade in workforce analytics, convinced that staffing decisions should be measured like any other investment. Every engagement the firm runs is tracked — time-to-fill, retention, hiring-manager satisfaction — and the numbers are shared with clients.

Devon personally leads enterprise workforce programs and the firm's annual Texas salary research.
